Costa Rica! Those are 51'100 qkm Paradise between the Caribe and the Pacific - between Nicaragua in the northwest and Panama in the southeast. With his 4,0 million Spanish speaking inhabitants (80% White, 15% Mestizo, 4% Black and 0,3% Indian) Costa Rica is the smallest under the Central American countries, however the most progressive, which concerns standard of living and education.
