is a company registered in the Swiss trade register. The registered place of business is located in CH-5032 Rohr/AG in Switzerland. Owner and managing director are Mr. Lothar Kahl. Our company offer by more than 20 years real estates at the upper-Italian lakes.

Also here, we offer an extensive real estate offer to you and a comprehensive service. We are since 20 years Member of the German Swiss protective association and base address in Costa Rica. Our representative locally, Mister Roland Hunziker, Swiss and Costa Rican citizen, Lawyers, Architects, gives the guarantee for an optimal support in Costa Rica. Our office is located in the city center of San José, San Pedro.
