It is very important that the foreing rents fall with the taxes system.  For that is reasonable that for the achievment of a determinated foreing status is locked up with the minimal rent.  The base of a businness have a moderate relation between the enterprise rent and taxes to pay.  The yearly rise of the property taxes stays between 0.5% and 1.5%.

For real estate, under the law the taxes of properties are not based in the price of the sale or buy, it is established due to the declared value of the property.
